The sides of the jaw crusher are logically called cheeks and they are also covered with high-strength manganese steel plates for durability.

The fitting surfaces on all of our jaws are machine finished to ensure the best possible fit.  JYS Cast, Inc. is proudly offering quality cast wear parts capable to handle the most challenging applications.

      Our cast cheek plates are made  from 13% Manganese and 2% chrome iron. Our crusher jaws are cast from 18% Manganese 3% Chrome iron. We also custom design jaws that offer increased performance using ultra heavy duty 21% Manganese and 2% Chrome iron, and 24% Manganese and 3% Chrome iron.
