      Whether you're crushing stone or recycling construction debris, Hubei JYS's advanced alloy wear parts increase efficiency, cut down-time and reduce operating costs.     
      Hubei JYS is China manganese steel wear parts factory. Available in 4 Types of Manganese Alloys:
      14% - Standard Hadfield Manganese for general crushing conditions where high abrasion wear resistance is not of primary concern. Suitable for cone and jaw liners.
      18% - Increased manganese and carbon content for extended wear life suitable for small to medium (4”and below” cross-section thickness.
      21% - Optimum manganese and carbon combination for good wear-resistance and toughness. Extended wear life in high impact, high abrasive wear conditions. Suitable for large (above 4”) cross-section thickness cone liners as well as all sizes of jaw liners.
      21% - Optimum manganese and carbon combination for excellent wear-resistance and good toughness. For low impact, high abrasive wear conditions such as in crushing metallic ore, high silica-bearing rocks and other abrasive media. Suitable for cone liners with a cross-section thickness up to 4” (or up to 66” nominal diameter).
